Alexis Litzky was appointed the Chancellor’s Chief of Staff. Why would she be referred to as a Deputy Chief of Staff?
MICHAEL SNIDER, SFCCD Health and Safety Officer, SEIU
20:25
She's Chief of staff.
MICHAEL SNIDER, SFCCD Health and Safety Officer, SEIU
20:50
Alexis LitzkyChief of Staffalitzky@ccsf.edu415-239-3364 from the website
Steven Brown
24:09
Correct Chief of Staff not Deputy Chief of Staff.
Michelle Simotas (she/her)
24:22
@Harry, your department chair can give you more information on that.
MICHAEL SNIDER, SFCCD Health and Safety Officer, SEIU
37:37
I'm curious more about how this decision was made or who was on this committee to make this decision.
John Kennedy
38:58
Were students involved in making this decision, as they will be the most heavily impacted?
Erik Greenfrost
39:02
I want to be clear that Rosenberg is more than just “the library” and many other departments and groups need to be part of that discussion
Erwin Barron, English Lab
40:36
I am unclear? Has the decision been made already? Or is it still being discussed?
MICHAEL SNIDER, SFCCD Health and Safety Officer, SEIU
41:21
I wasn't even aware this move was happening.
Dawn Mokuau (she/wahine)
41:50
And those are figures that do not include the English Lab.
Alan D'Souza he/him
41:57
Me neither, I would want to hear more about this too
Erwin Barron, English Lab
41:58
The English Lab staff would very much like to be involved in making this decisioon
Alan D'Souza he/him
43:53
It would be great to discuss this further. And if not today, have it agendized for our next meeting
Elaine (she/her) Learning Assistance Department
44:19
The LAC already has 15 Classified Staff, 5 Faculty with workspaces in the facility. We have 25-50 student employees who provide services. We offer tutoring in more than 15 disciplines in the space.
Elaine (she/her) Learning Assistance Department
45:33
Temporary is a minimum of 5 years....
Wynd (She/Her)
46:45
Very good point Erik!
Erwin Barron, English Lab
48:22
WHO HAD THAT VISION? Not us?
Elaine (she/her) Learning Assistance Department
49:34
The "existing lab" is referred to as the ENG Lab. If they are being moved into the LAC--we are the lab being impacted. The teams DID NOT include the two main programs...English and LAD.
Michelle Simotas (she/her)
50:16
Yes, Michael, this move includes faculty and classified staff.
MICHAEL SNIDER, SFCCD Health and Safety Officer, SEIU
51:12
The VC's and Dean's are not always the people who know what is happening day to day in these spaces.
MICHAEL SNIDER, SFCCD Health and Safety Officer, SEIU
52:48
Students should also be in these discussions.
Elaine (she/her) Learning Assistance Department
53:39
It sounds and feels that "we" LAD and ENG are last to the table. It is disappointing to hear that.
Lenny Carlson
56:30
Thank you Elaine, Michelle and Erik for addressing this issue. Clearly the appropriate process is not being followed if your voices aren’t heard throughout.
Alan D'Souza he/him

Erik Greenfrost

I saw my hand got lowered - it’s fine if it wasn’t appropriate for me to comment. But I teach night at Science Hall and the heat is out for the whole hall. It is affecting the students and I have to wear gloves when I teach. Would be great if that could be a priority, thanks!
Anthony Tave
01:02:57
Erik please contact me when you get a second 909-260-4018
MICHAEL SNIDER, SFCCD Health and Safety Officer, SEIU
01:03:20
I have concerns also about the lighting at night here on campus. We need to make sure they are adjusted for day light saving time and also are all working. Safety should be a the top of our concern
Erik Greenfrost
01:04:23
Thanks Anthony, will do! I get there are limited resources and the issue sounds like it’s not a small fix, but I appreciate the attention.

Alex Mullaney

John Kennedy
