I support what Wynd is saying, that the resolution on the DRT/PAEC be considered for approval.

WE are recommending something to be brought to PGC
Jean Barish
51:52
Wynd is correct. This is merely a recommendation to PGC. It happens to be in the form of a resolution, but that's merely a technicality.
Harry Bernstein

Thats exactly what the language says.

Mr. Al-Amin. Please state the basis for the affordability—you are saying that the cost is $13 million over what is affordable.
Jean Barish
01:05:37
What's the basis for the budget/square foot that Dr. al-Amin just quoted? When was that decided?
Harry Bernstein
01:07:27
Hear, hear Christine
Jean Barish
01:07:41
Thank you, Christine.

The costs per square feet is based on what the contractors bid for projects. The costs of $1,400 square feet are high and there is a limit on the amount of funding that we have available for projects.
Harry Bernstein
01:08:19
If there hadn’t been years and years of delay, the cost would not have been what it is today.
Jean Barish
01:08:56
But wasn't the contractor hired based on that cost? If so, why was he summarily fired after he proposed a project based on the cost that he assumed was acceptable?

Harry Bernstein
